The Physical Body in Prengancy & Birth
This course focuses on the physical body in pregnancy & birth. This 45 hour training is appropriate for aspiring or experienced yoga teachers, doulas, midwives, OB's, labor and delivery nurses, other birth workers and expectant/established mommas.

No yoga teaching experience required.
The Energy Body in Pregnancy & Birth
This course focuses on the energetic body in pregnancy & birth. This 40 hour training includes a deeper learning of restorative postures for pregnancy, guided imagery for before and after the birth journey, as well as pranayama, meditation and ayurvedic self-care practices specific to the unique needs of the postpartum person.
